To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

We offer a hassle-free return policy for any items that do not meet your expectations. You can return your purchase within 7 days of the delivery date for full credit (minus shipping fees). Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to post. Please note that florencejohnson.com will not cover any return shipping or insurance fees. We recommend that you insure your returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit.

 

Please be aware of the following fees for returns:

 

 All the order  will incur a 20% restocking fee.

  

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Before returning your item, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number, which should be included with your item. The item must be returned in its new and unused condition, with all documents included. We reserve the right to refuse returned items that are not in a resalable condition or have been altered, damaged, or used.

 

Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sales and cannot be returned.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status and whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
